Christian Tony Norum (NO)

Christian Tony Norum (NO) is a graduate of the Norwegian Academy of Fine Arts in Oslo. In his paintings, he plays with art history and mixes it with observations from his own life. His pictures are rich in references, while at the same time appearing very free and unbound.

Typical of Norum is precisely the way he relates freely to his sources of inspiration and creates distinctive and personal expressions in large and small formats. When it comes to his paintings, the color and brushwork are expressive, fierce and dynamic. His visual universe is powerful and complex and fully expresses the spirit of our time.

Norum has exhibited at, among others, Galleri K, Trøndelag Center for Contemporary Art, Munch Museum, Artists' Association, Edvard Munch's studio at Ekely, Oslo Art Association, Berlin Biennale and Manifesta 11 in Zurich. He has been purchased by the National Museum, Storebrand Art Collection and a number of private collections.

Jame One (NO) is a graffiti and visual artist and paints mostly on walls, but in recent years has worked more on canvas, or objects found outside that are described as trash or scrap. He also makes installations and sculptural works.

Urban typography/art with an abstract expressionist touch often characterizes his works. He has a background from what is called "The streets own graffiti academy", or autodidact if you will. Sørli has drawn for as long as he can remember, but started painting graffiti in the mid-80s, and it has developed from there. JameOne is a recognized name in the community both here at home and abroad, and in the Tommy Tee-produced song "Ut å spraye", Don Martin raps that Jame should have a medal for long service.

He has participated in a number of exhibitions and projects such as Kiasma Wall Museum Of Contemporary Art - Helsinki, The Armory Show w/ Dortmund Bodega and Super City Bros, an exchange project with artists from Poland.
